Hard Surface Mouse Pad Manufacturing Process

This video demonstrates the manufacturing process of Hard Surface Mouse Pads. There are two types of hard mouse pads: one with a Cold PVC film laminated onto a printed paper surface, and another with a printed hard PVC surface.

The manufacturing process for both types involves five main steps:

1. Print on paper, or print underneath the hard PVC.
2. Laminate the printed paper with the cold film.
3. Apply glue to the natural rubber base.
4. Adhere the cold film with the printed paper to the natural rubber base, or adhere the printed hard PVC to the natural rubber base.
5. Cut the material into mouse pads.
