Here’s a video demonstrating our process for making stubby holder panels.
First, we select neoprene material of the appropriate thickness, then laminate it with black cloth on one side and white cloth on the other.
Next, we use a cutting machine to trim the panels to the correct size. Our standard sizes are 210x110mm and 210x115mm.
We then perform rigorous quality control checks.
Finally, we package the finished panels in PP bags before placing them in cartons.
