Name: Self Adhesive Rubber Sheet, Mouse Pad Material, Rubber Material Sheet, Natural Rubber with Self Adhesive.
Description: This product is made from materials such as natural rubber, rubber sponge, EVA, or SBR, typically used in mouse pads and counter mats. One side is coated with adhesive and then covered with release paper, while the other side is non-slip which is suitable for mouse pad underside. Our clients can print any customer-required design and affix it to the backing mouse pad material using the adhesive.
- Why does the paper tear so easily when we remove it from the material, causing us to waste a lot of time?
The strenght of our former paper was inadequate. Initially, we used brown recycled paper which led to some complaints from our clients. To solve this issue, we transitioned to a more robust yellow paper. This shift enhanced time efficiency and cost-effectiveness for our clients.
- How are the Self Adhesive Rubber Sheets packed?
We pack 100 pieces into an OPP bag, then place either 1 or 2 bags into a carton, depending on the weight.
- Is the glue strong enough?
The glue has been certified by SGS, passing the SVHC test. More importantly, we have over 20 years of experience in supplying this material to our mouse pad manufacturing clients.
